Karen Marie Moning has revealed the new covers for her Fever Series on her blog. She says it was critical to her that it be a well-matched set and that each book clearly say book 1-2-3-4.
At first I wasn’t sure about the new design but looking back at the old designs I’m going to say these are a win. I like that the set matches (makes my OCD smile) and that each cover more clearly represents it’s story. I especially like the Dreamfever cover with the Hall of Days. I’m going to assume that Shadowfever cover will fall inline with this current style but word on when that cover will be revealed though.
So what do you think? Old covers or new?

I love the new covers. I especially love the Faefever and Dreamfever covers.
I wonder if they'll be hardcover or paperback… If they're paperback, will Shadowfever be paperback too? I'm just wondering because I want the matching set, cover and size.

Roxy–You know, I didn't think about whether or not these were HB or mass market paper back covers. I'm positive Shadowfever will be out in HB so I'm not sure if the HB will be the same style as these etc. hmmmm

Stacey Stew–I liked the old covers too but I really didnt' care for the first cover on Darkfever. Second one was good though.
I don't like these as much. I prefer the old covers.

You know.. I'm okay with them either way. Like the old covers, and I like the news ones. What I'm SUPER happy about with the new ones is that they say 1 2 3 or 4 on them. I love it when the covers clearly state which book it is in the series. So much easier!
I have the entire series with the old covers thus far in HB and love them. I also think these new covers are going to be great for new readers as have the reading order plainly visible now so they are nice also for that reason and they are more theme cohesive which is also nice.
Glad already bought and read the others though.
