Eagerly Anticipating November Romance Releases

*Scheduled for release November 6th*

A Gentleman Never Tells by Juliana Gray – I read the first book in this series, A Lady Never Lies, and was really impressed by the unique setting. That book gave hints to the other two upcoming romances, so my appetite is whetted for this relationship.

Her Sky Cowboy by Beth Ciotta – Once again, I fall prey to the lure of Steampunk. The blurb has hooked my interest enough that I will definitely be checking this book out when it releases. Anyone else looking forward to this one?

Lord’s Fall by Thea Harrison – It looks like we get another book about Pia and Dragos. I was not quite as in love with their original book, Dragon Bound, as some, but I liked it enough that I am very curious to see how they are now that they’re cemented in their HEA.

The Perfect Hope by Nora Roberts – I’m really excited to see the wrap up to this trilogy. The hero, Ryder, was the biggest jerk out of all the brothers, so of course he’s the one that I’ve been most interested in. Just color me predictable. ;)

Wolfishly Yours by Lydia Dare – I read three or four of the early books in the Westfield Wolves series and I thought they were a lot of fun. I’m not usually a huge fan of historical PNR (I don’t know why), but these were light and cute and I think it’s time I picked this series back up.

*Scheduled for release November 27th*

A Private Duel with Agent Gunn by Jillian Stone – I have had my eye on the Gentlemen of Scotland Yard series for a while now. I’ve been wavering on whether or not to give it a try and have finally decided I’ll take a shot with this book. What can I say? I have a hidden weakness for ballet dancers…well, dancers of any kind, really. Any fans of this series out there? What do you love about it?

Angel In Chains by Cynthia Eden – This series was my first taste of Eden but it definitely wasn’t my last. My enjoyment of Angel of Darkness led me to a huge glom of her backlist. I’m ready to get my hands on this and re-immerse myself in the world of The Fallen.

Cold Days by Jim Butcher – All I can say is FINALLY!!! I <3 you, Harry. That is all.

Shadow’s Claim by Kresley Cole – A new Cole series? All right, all right, you’ve convinced me. I’m in. ;)

***

So that’s what I’m looking forward to next month. What are you anticipating? Did I miss something good? :)

  1. Steel’s Edge by Ilona Andrews comes out 11/27/12 and I am wanting bad… and the follow up to one of my favorite books of 2011 comes out in November. Days of Blood in Starlight by Laini Taylor (yes, it’s YA) is the follow up to Daughter of Smoke and Bone which was one of the most beautifully told books I’ve read in years.

    Oh, and Lord’s Fall was good…. :) You’ll like!

  2. Hi

They all look so good, there are several that are on my MUST HAVE list. I love The Gentlemen of Scotland Yard series (well the first one) and I have the second just waiting for me to read. Did you read her other series, Phaeton Black – more Steampunk :)
    Happy reading
    Pam

    • No I haven’t read her other series. What did you think of them? I’m glad to hear that you loved the first book in the Gentlemen of Scotland Yard series. I’m really looking forward to trying her out.

  3. Angela McCallister says:

Love the Dresden Files! I’ve had Cold Days pre-ordered forever. I read the series in less than two weeks. And anytime’s a good time for Lydia Dare–not too light or dark :)

The Gentlemen of Scotland Yard series is fantastic! I love that these historicals focus on heroes who are unique from most books in the genre. If you’re looking for something different, but still very well-written, give these a read.

    • It feels like I’ve been waiting forever for Cold Days! I am super excited to get my hands on it.

I love unique HRs, so you have made me even more determined to try the series out.

  4. What a cover for Her Sky Cowboy! Wow, makes me want to go buy it.

  5. I’m eagerly anticipating Lauren Dane’s Tart (m/m/f menage!) and Vivian Arend’s Rocky Mountain Angel (hot cowboys!).

Also, Cold Days. Need my Dresden fix so badly.

  6. infinitieh says:

Can’t wait for HER SKY COWBOY, A PRIVATE DUEL WITH AGENT GUNN – both with Paul Marron on the cover – LORD’S FALL, and COLD DAYS!

  7. Somehow I missed the fact that there were other books besides Tiffany Reisz’s “The Prince” releasing in November. Whaddayaknow…

  8. LethalLovely says:

I’m looking forward to reading “Lord’s Fall” “Shadow’s Claim” & “Her Sky Cowboy” (I blame Meljean Brook for my budding fascination with steampunk).

Other books I really want to read in November:

    ♥ Moonshifted-Cassie Alexander
    ♠ Steel’s Edge-Ilona Andrews
    ♥ Night Whispers-Alisha Rai
    ♠ Eternally Yours-Cate Tiernan
    ♥ Black City-Elizabeth Richards

    • Those look like some good ones too. I might have to check some of them out.

Brook and Gail Carriger are to blame for my Steampunk interest. They’ve made me think they’ll all be that enjoyable. :)

  9. Spellfire by Jessica Andersen. Nov 6 – Same day as Lord’s Fall, so that might be a tough choice for some of which to read first! :) It finishes up her Nightkeeper’s series.
